WayUp in a nutshell

At Way-Up we believe that our youth is at promise. We disagree with the common notion that children and youth are at risk. We know that every single child holds a well of potential within them which, when taken care of, will never cease to give.

Our Mission

Our mission is to point our students in the direction of their own wellbeing, to empower them to discover themselves as compassionate, confident, and creative individuals who will succeed in an ever-changing world.

To achieve this, we create and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity, encouraging students to explore their interests and discover their passions.

A Supportive Community

At the heart of WayUp’s philosophy is a dedication to wellbeing. We understand the importance of a supportive community - a place to be at ease - in a child's upbringing and education.

Our faculty and staff are uncompromising about creating an environment of acceptance, warmth and clarity. We encourage and engage in open communication and collaboration between students, parents, and educators.

Holistic Development

Holistic Development

The human being is more than its parts. We believe in educating the whole child – mind, body, and spirit. In addition to academic achievement, we place a strong emphasis on character development, physical and psychological wellness, and social-emotional learning.

We know that this knowledge can propel a process of development that leads to healthy, empowered young adults.

Academic Excellence

Our dedication to academic excellence is self-evident. Our rigorous curriculum is designed to challenge students and cultivate critical thinking skills. We emphasize hands-on learning experiences and personalized instruction to ensure that each student reaches their full potential.
